iPalettes

Privacy Policy

Effective 19 July 2026 · Last updated 19 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the iPalettes mobile application (the “App”), published by EKProApps (“we”, “us”), handles information when you use it on iOS and Android. iPalettes is a color-palette tool for creating, extracting, and organizing color palettes from photos.

Short version: iPalettes has no account and does not collect your name, email, or contacts. Photos you pick or capture are processed on your device to build palettes and are not uploaded to our servers. We use Google Firebase for anonymous analytics and crash diagnostics, and photo searches are sent to Unsplash and Pixabay to return results.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

iPalettes has no login or user account. We do not ask for or store your name, email address, phone number, or password.

1.2 Photos and camera

To extract colors, the App can access photos you select from your library or capture with your camera. This access is used only to generate palettes on your device. Selected images and the palettes derived from them are stored locally and are not transmitted to us.

1.3 Photo search queries

If you use in-app photo search, the words you type are sent to the third-party photo services Unsplash and Pixabay so they can return matching images. We do not receive or store these search terms.

1.4 Automatically collected data (analytics & diagnostics)

We use Google Firebase to understand how the App is used and to detect and fix crashes. This may include:

This data is collected in aggregate/pseudonymous form and is not used to identify you personally.
